I’ve been coming for years to have Anita do my nails! She’s extremely talented and makes sure I always get what I ask for. Clean, fast and friendly!

​I had a very unpleasant experience at Alice Nails in Mohegan Lake, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this business. While the quality of a manicure is important, the way a customer is treated matters more, and the owner here was incredibly rude and dismissive. ​Throughout my appointment, I felt like my requests weren't being heard. He does not listen carefully to what the customer actually wants. When I noticed something wasn't right and politely asked him to fix it while he was still working on my nails, he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Instead of being accommodating, he acted as though I was a nuisance for wanting the service I was paying for to be done correctly. ​Furthermore, it’s clear he does not value the customer's time. Simply the best! I’ve been going there for years and keep going back. Every time my experience there has been beyond expectations. All the staff are professional, warm and accommodating. It truly is a relaxing experience. I look forward to my time there. Every time I bring Anita a design, she impresses me with her artistic talents. I truly recommend this business and trust in them to do things amazing every time!

Im waiting 25 min past my 1:00 appt time. Soaking my feet while Nancy is doing someone's nails, who didn't have an appt. This is frustrating. I won't be coming back here. I'd walk out if I didn't need a pedi before tomorrow
