This place is clean with trifling stuff. They do a crappy job on your nails. They will be lopsided and uneven. The polish will also chip with an hour of leaving. They were talking bad about the customer who just left the shop. When they think you don’t understand what they’re saying, they will speak freely, which is always a mistake. Very unprofessional. How they’re going to target customers that when they walk in the shop, they’ll have to pay before their services moving forward. The worst person in the shop is the Hair Stylist. A senior lady in her early 60s. I do not recommend at all for any services.

So I’m actually really bummed about making the decision to no longer come here because my last 5-6 visits were amazing I get a full set and gel pedi. Today I came in got a soak off and overlay and the nail tech after removal asked me what I’d like done I told her an overlay and she then asked me what would I like I told her acrylic overlay and she looked at me as if she had no idea what that is. And asked me again what type of manicure I wanted - meanwhile Remember I’ve been here several times before and know that’s exactly what I ask for. so I decided to tell her to just give me a manicure since she seem to not know what I was asking her. she went on to ask me if u would like my nails shaped and painted for the manicure… I’m confused … is that not a manicure .. I’ve never been asked that

I discovered this place after a really bad experience somewhere else and it was like an answer to my prayers. The girls are very helpful, especially Lulú, that is the sweetest person in the world and makes the most beautiful nails. She always do my nails fast and fabulous 😍

Went in today and had my nails done by “Marlin” more concerned about leaving than doing my nails properly. Left my toes bleeding and chuckled when I said I was in pain. To top it off, my manicure is completely uneven! I’ve been here before with better results. Complained while I was paying that I had made her late to her other job. And continuously rolled her eyes at me when she asked for the time. Absolutely furious.

I got a gel pedicure done about a week ago and paid $90 for a pedicure with a massage, The gel polish is peeling off and it isn’t supposed to do that because it GEL and gel polish easily lasts more than a month, I’ve had gel polish last me even up to 3 months, the massage didn’t feel like anything at all and lasted about 2 minutes, when I go to pay I get charged $101 for paying with my card.
