As soon as you enter her salon, you can sense a cozy, orderly atmosphere with friendly staff that dress professionally, and greet you pleasantly. Alexandria always exceeds my expectations and I leave feeling like a new woman. she is professional and extraordinary at what she does. this is my third hair extension application with her and i do not think i will ever be able to go back to life without them! The hair she uses looks so natural everyone who compliments my hair has no idea they are extensions. Also all the rumors I heard about your hair being ruined/the upkeep of extensions are difficult have been proved false in my experience. Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled appointment at this salon, but when I arrived, no one showed up. There was no stylist, no staff, and no explanation. What made it worse was that nobody contacted me afterward to apologize or offer to reschedule. My time was completely wasted, and the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
