Love, love, love Alastin skin care products! Their tinted sunscreen is my absolute favorite that I wear every single day. It has replaced wearing makeup and provides great sun protection! I've also tried several of their anti-aging products--the hyaluronic acid serum is a must try!

I signed up for auto-ship based on the company promise that you get a free gift with auto-ship orders, and at first, that's what happened. Then I started receiving the orders with no free gift. I called and was told it's every other order. But still no gift on the next order. Called again, and now being told it's every few orders. I explained to the rep that this is classic 'bait & switch' where customers are lured with promises, and then once we join, things change to where the promise is not kept. So she put me on hold and came back & told me it's occasional gifts after the first, 2nd & 4th order(??). Alastin needs to be transparent with customers, and if they make a promise, then change it, they should directly inform the current auto-ship clients so that we dont have the expectation o
