Very unreliable, Kristen has canceled on me last minute multiple times as well as has not informed me of cancellation and i show up at the scheduled time and nobody is there and nobody answers the door even when her car is out front. She is highly unreliable and over priced for the quality of her work.

I really enjoyed my time with Kirsten!! She’s very professional and she’s into the science of your lashes!!! She offered aftercare products to use with your lashes and that’s a plus with me!! She’s into making EVERYONE look sexy with lash extensions!! She’s the one for me, because I’m very picky about any service I get and she made me feel very comfortable!!! 💕💐🌸🌺🌹

There are not enough words in this reveiw to share my proper appreciation for Kirsten. 2018 is my year of finally taking care of myself and Kirsten has been such a big part of that so far. I love my lashes, skincare and her incredible professionalism. She truly is the best of the best! Jennifer

I have been going to Kirsten for a little over 6 months now and there is no one else I’d ever trust with my eyelashes! She’s uplifting, fun, and makes you feel absolutely fabulous. I can’t say enough good things about her and I trust her with my life!

Great place to get your lashes done IF you can get them to see you. Constant appointment cancellations by Kirsten with very short notices and no attempts (save once by Sarah) to reschedule. As someone who is out of town a lot, it is imperative for me to make an appointment and know I can count on them since I could very well be getting on a plane the next day. Am super disappointed in the business practices here because I did truly enjoy my lashes when I had them filled. But after being canceled on yet again for the third time and then no responses to my attempts at rescheduling, I had to finally give up. Good luck to anyone that is able to continue as a customer. To others, be warned to have a backup handy.
