I went to Lash Loft Cincy to get my lashes done. The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing. Danielle did a wonderful job and her customer service is top tier. 10/10 recommend!

I made an appointment online in the morning. Received confirmation and the deposit was charged to my credit card. I waited almost an hour after my appointment time. 45 minutes into my wait another person who apparently rents space there asked if I had talked her and said she would text her. 15 minutes later after hearing nothing more I left. Online appointment scheduling should not be an option if they are not going to be honored and now I will have to request my deposit back. **** edit today 10/06/2025 - a person from lash loft reached out to me asking me to delete my review or stating they would pursue legal action. Apparently even though I made an appointment online via their system and a hold was placed on my card for the deposit - my appointment was never valid????? Thus I am
