Jay is so good at what she does, so much so that I have entrusted my life to her work! I've had cystic acne for almost 6 years up until a year or so ago when it finally started clearing up. So over the years, I got a lot of scars and discoloration from extractions either done by myself, family members, or even professionals. Jay is phenomenal and deserves way more than 5 stars!! She is the owner at Alabaster Esthetics LLC. I would recommend her to anyone looking to pamper themselves. She goes above and beyond to make your experience the best! Not to mention her prices are unbeatable. She has a wide variety of treatments, facials, and body contouring. I was originally looking at purchasing a Groupon from her, but had some questions first. She got back to me very promptly and I booked directly with her instead. I am somewhat a newbie when it comes to facials, the last one I had was very garden variety and not that effective for anything besides relaxation. I had a microneedling and high frequency facial and I am so glad to have chosen Jaysalee and Alabaster Aesthetics, not only did she explain every step of the way, the processes but also she is so easy to talk to, the vibe and delivery is so professional and friendly! Jaysalee explains her procedure very well while providing a calm, relaxing experience, even with micro-needling using numbing cream. I have noticed much improvement in the lines around my mouth and eyes plus lessened acne scarring. I am grateful I discovered Jaysalee and her professional etiquette.
