I recently called to inquire about pricing for a simple haircut and was attended to by a representative who spoke only Spanish. Unfortunately, the call was abruptly terminated. I believe it's essential for businesses to ensure effective communication, particularly when language barriers exist. Having a translation system in place or staff who can communicate in multiple languages would greatly enhance customer experience.

Best $10 haircut I’ve ever gotten. Very talented owner and operator she is.
