Save your money! Not worth the disrespect or attitude! Got nails done yesterday but felt like they were too long. I tried to file them myself so I wouldn’t have to come back here but couldn’t cause acrylic was too thick. Tech asked if I filed nail…I told her yes, one of them (don’t know why that even mattered). She asked how short did I want them…I showed her one finger that was the length I wanted. She accused me of filling my other nails as well. I didn’t file any other nails but the one I told you! It is not my fault all my nails are different sizes and textures! I wasn’t going to make a fuss about it but instead came to pay more of my money to fix what y’all messed up…and then you gave the audacity to accuse me! Additionally, what does it matter if I filed my nails! I’m paying you to f

I love everything about Akoi. From the moment you walk in, up until you leave, it is always a great experience! They have SO MANY colors to choose from (both gel & regular polish). The salon is always beautifully decorated for the seasons and is extremely CLEAN. I love that they use little hand towels in the bathroom! The place seems to have great talent & people who keep up with nail trends. I have been going to Ann for my nails for years! She is amazing! She never disappoints! I am an avid gym goer and I am typing away on my computer all day for work - My nails can last up to 4 WEEKS if I wanted them to! If my nails can last almost a month, and still look great, I am a happy girl!

i love this nail salon! everyone is so kind, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. even if you’re squeezed in, they really all take their time and care about your nails and other services.

I had Zoe! She did an amazing job. I didn't feel like she was rushing and I was very comfortable. She fixed the shape of my nails so great! The Nail Salon i went to before here definitely didn't understand the task at hand. This is definitely my new nail salon and Zoe is my new Nail Tech for sure😊

I had an amazing time at Akoi Nail Spa. I’m a very indecisive person so I had a reference picture for my nail tech to work off but I wasn’t sure about color, shape, or length. She asked me what I wanted every time and helped me make decisions when I wasn’t sure. The nails turned out exactly like I envisioned them and are absolutely beautiful. If you come definitely ask if Kate is available, she is so sweet and fabulous nail tech.
