I cannot recommend Claudia enough for putting me on to TMJ and Neuromuscular massage. I felt heard during our consultation, afterwards she tailored a plan for me instead of having me show up every week for a deep tissue massage. Every session I have had with Claudia felt purposeful. She is by far one of the most knowledgeable and passionate therapists I have had the pleasure of meeting. During the massage she was very attentive, asking for feedback and adjusting accordingly. She incorporates physical therapy knowledge into her massages so it’s a lasting relief. She can be very strong if deep tissue is more your style though. I had an amazing experience with the neuromuscular massage! I didn’t really know what it was at first, but Claudia explained everything in detail, and I found it very interesting.The best par is that I feel truly happy because now I understand the origin of my tension and can achieve a deeper,longer-lasting relaxation.This will definitely help me improve my neck and shoulders problems tension and overall quality of life. She is so experienced and knowledgeable. I just bought 4 sessions. Can’t wait to finish the treatment.

Claudia’s service was excellent. I have been struggling with tension in my neck and shoulders. With my first session I felt relieve and more mobility in this area and in my hips. She ensured the pressure was okay at multiple points during the service. I especially enjoyed the part of the session included hot stones.
