I had a fantastic pedicure with Helga — her work is incredibly precise and detail-oriented. The space is clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully maintained, and the staff are genuinely attentive and kind. I especially appreciate that they use an autoclave to properly disinfect and sterilize all professional tools — a level of care you don’t find everywhere. A true neighborhood gem that I highly recommend visiting.

Aiza saved the day when another esthetician cancelled 2 weeks before my wedding. She was able to fit me in very last minute and gave me a facial that made my skin radiant on my wedding day as well as providing such a relaxing, calm environment in the days leading up to my wedding. I’d recommend to save your money - I truly thought I was getting a service at an esthetician school. 5-7 minutes of the beginning of the buccal massage are cleansing your face (and using wipes to move it around) and 7-10 minutes at the end are taking off the cream. Truly face gym or even the sculpt’d facial massages are 10x better for half the price. They don’t have proper pedicure chairs (it’s like a dining room chair) so your lower back will get sore. Also pedicure was a mess only an hour later - they didn’t really consider anything to help it set. I only sat with the fan do 5 minutes vs 20-30 mins sometimes at other places. Lastly - I used the first time discount and at check out they said there was a technical error so it only applies to one service vs both when I booked. To wait unt

There is no one in the city like Aiza! She is so talented, gentle and diligent. Truly the best buccal and facial experience. Such a great location in the heart of the upper east side, too. You will walk out of her with the most amazing glow!
