Aisha Hair Braiding

I will never go to another braider. Aisha takes good care of my hair & my styles last as long as 4 months with proper maintenance. I’ve been a customer for the last 3 years every quarter.

Aisha the shop owner did a horrible job with my hair and when i asked her to fix it she told me ok and ignored all my attempts to set it up!!! I paid her 210.00 for micro braids and she made the braid sections so big with just a little hair that it didn’t cover my own hair! I brought enough hair for her not to be stingy and she used edge control with Jam to braid it in which totally messed up my whole head! I’ve been to this shop several times to get my hair done and her cousin usually does my hair but she was not there and Aisha did it! I told her I didn’t like the fact that the braid sections were so big with a little hair and she basically argued with me that the hair I bought was too short but it was not the length of the hair that bothered me because I like short hair. Was so happy I could get my hair done it was so cute and baby Two in a half hrs was good I will be back on a regular.

15 days ago I went to Aisha’s hair salon to get my hair braided. When I arrived, there was one person braiding my hair. I told her that I prefer the back of my hair to be braided tighter than the front and my crown. I also informed her that I did not want my edges braided. A few hours later another lady came to finish the top and crown I told her the same exact thing and kept on reminding her. Twelve days later my braids started to fall out from the root, of my scalp. I noticed it when I would wake up and find braids in my bonnet with my hair sticking out. I was okay at first but more and more started to fall out on one side of my head. On the 15th day I called the shop to inform them of what was going on. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was just merely informing them of what was goi

I took my son here Sunday night and this is his hair Tuesday. I sent a message with a picture, and didn’t get any response. It’s very unprofessional not to honor your work. If a customer reaches out about a poor job you should be professional enough to have a conversation.
