Horrible customer service! I went to the shop around 2 on a Saturday & it was completely empty. The "open" sign was on, but the doors were locked. There are 2 phone numbers on the door & I called them both. No one answered the 1st 1. The owner/main stylist answered the 2nd number. I explained I was interested in being a 1st time customer & wanted to come by the shop to show some styles to see if they could be done. Whoever answered acted like I was bothering her. She said she finished a customer & since she didn't have another appointment lined up, she left. She didn't ask me any questions (outside of who I was), didn't say she'd try to hurry back to the shop & was quick to end the conversation & hang up the phone.
Customer service was awful. First the girl came with attitude from the beginning, I sat down in the chair and she said that all they had was 1B and that's not what I wanted. Then she commenced to say why do they ask me to come here and they don't have anything. I don't know and it ain't my problem. After all her huffing and puffing I get up and leave. I'm at another braiding place now and my phone is blowing up, it's the owner asking me to come back. I go back against my better judgement. The chick is still there and I just couldn't have her hands in my head with all her bad energy. So an older lady did my braids I asked for large boxed braids and got 100 heavy a*$ braids. Don't get me wrong they braided well. Until they started around the perimeter and I was ready to jump up out that chai
When I first came to the salon I did not have an appointment set but the lady in the salon at the time said her sister was coming to braid my hair since she was working on another customer. When her sister came there was a big disagreement with the customer and her sister the owner. My hair was blow dried out and then I was asked to come back 4 hours later at 6 to get my quick and easy cornrows. When I arrived at 6 the braider who was supposed to be starting on my hair at 6 was occupied and I waited 30 min before she began. After all this madness and also me bringing my own braiding hair I was charged $100 for the service. I don’t think this was fair but I do love my braids even though it was rushed through due to another customer waiting to get her hair finished.
Took longer than expected but I have a lot of hair and the braider is pregnant. Very surprised she was able to braid for such a long time without taking any real breaks. She was very patience. Style came out very neatly and got compliments the next day.
