Completely unprofessional. I am never one to complain but this service was absolutely unacceptable. This is the first and last time I will ever be here. My conditioner wasn’t washed all the way out. The stylist that was doing my hair did not put any heat protection on, and complained about her life the entirely of the time using vulgar language and slurs to the stylist next to me. Not talking to me at all. When I called to talk to the OWNER, everything was completely brushed off, no refund as it is “against policy”. I’m extremely unhappy with my hair, and a complete waste of my time and money.

Requested a blowout for an event, very poorly done and was costly. My hair fell flat in 30 minutes. Would not recommend.

Reception is very standoffish. Not warm and welcoming like I would expect front of house to be. I arrived 10 minutes late and they would not honor my appointment. There was police activity in the area and traffic was horrendous. They wouldn’t take me at all for the rest of the day. Found it hard to believe they were booked that tight with stylist just sitting idle in their chairs. Poor customer service!

Came in here for a color glaze and blowout. I was advised against getting a color glaze because I want to get more balayage in the next month but my hair was leaning more brassy. My blowout wasn’t supposed to be until 6:30 and with another stylist. Kellyann was so sweet and stayed later than she needed to to do my hair so I didn’t have to wait an hour! I loved the way my blowout came out and if I didn’t live so far I’d be in there every week for one!

Awesome experience! Wash and blow were awesome. Staff was friendly, listened to exactly what I needed and made it feel like you’re getting ready with the girls. Thanks Nicole for the epic curls :)
