I recently visited Aire Spa and I must say, the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up to help you completely relax. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The treatments were top-tier — everything was done with care and excellence. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and stress-free. It’s the perfect place to unwind and treat yourself. The experience was so good that I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
A 50% pleasant and 50% not-so-pleasant experience. The place is very beautiful, cozy, and above all, extremely clean. The staff is attentive and kind. I arrived 25 minutes early for my massage scheduled at 3:00 PM, as I was instructed to arrive on time or risk having my 60-minute massage reduced. However, I ended up waiting until 3:25 PM because they were not ready for my appointment. When I was finally about to enter the massage room, I asked to use the restroom to be more comfortable. At that point, the therapist informed me that 5 minutes would be deducted from my massage time due to the time spent in the restroom. I did not feel this was fair, considering I had already waited 25 minutes for the massage despite arriving on time. This situation made me uncomfortable and affected my abili
You’re ensured an elevated bath experience here, from the waiting area, every step of the service, amenities etc — except the booking process, which was pretty clunky. Hopefully they update the website. The baths themselves consist of a salt bath, a body temperature bath, a hot bath, a cold plunge, a steam room, and a jacuzzi bath. Nothing too special in and of themselves, but the surcharge compared to other bathhouses comes from the exclusivity — it’s a pretty private area with not a lot of other groups, such that you could easily find yourself alone in a bath. In all, it provides a more peaceful experience than other bathhouses. Go in without hoping for too much and it will provide a lovely escape from the chaos of the city.
We were gifted a couples massage and it was such a great way to test out a new spa in NYC. I’m so glad we did because the experience was everything. We went there on the day of my birthday and spent about 3 hours there, the spa is small but very dim for a relaxing experience. There was only two other people when we were there which made it even more relaxing. It was clean, we were greeted in every area of the spa, and because phones are not allowed I felt like we were truly able to disconnect. I 10/10 recommend and will be definitely going back.
From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived to the moment we left, this experience was pure magic. Every single person we encountered was so friendly, sweet, and genuinely attentive. We felt comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease the entire time. The Signature Monet Experience for two was beyond anything we expected. We truly enjoyed every part of it. The baths, the scrubs, the wraps, and all the treatments in between. Nothing felt rushed, and we were encouraged to move at our own pace and not worry about anything which made it even more special. Both massages were incredible! They didn’t feel generic at all…it was clear the therapists were really listening to our bodies and working with what we each needed in that moment. The flow, pressure, and intention were spot on. The atmos
