Was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon my nailed look horrible and my toe are the completely wrong color.. it is the sec day with the nail and they already want to come off!!

When I entered the shop I was ask which service I would like. I replied acrylic overlay. There were two operators present at the time who both had customers. No one ask me to choose a color, have a seat or how long of a wait it would be. I seated myself, choose a color and waited for about 15 minutes because I anticipated I would be next. There was no eye contact made with me so after 20 min and no mention of how much longer, I stood up and motioned for the door. Both operators never looked up and let me walk straight out the door. Very poor customer service. I went to another salon and spent my money!

Very friendly. Clean and patient. The best pedicure I've had in a while. Will definitely return.

The people who work there are super sweet , besides one lady . Anyways , my co-worker treated me to get my nails done around Christmas but I went last night , they had no one waiting they took me quick as they could . I asked for my nails to be two inches longer , apparently the left side was shorter . So they kept cutting , I asked for coffin shape . Nail painting was perfect until I just looked , my nails are all crooked , some are shaped coffin and some are rounded . One sticks out the most , I recommend no one to go there because they can not evenly shape there nails .

Staff was more friendly with other customers. I give great customer service no matter what my clients are buying. I guess because I only wanted my acrylic nails removed, I wasn't worth paying attention to.
