Sad to say that after I had asked for a trim, my length had been almost completely removed. I should have said something while I was there but I cannot see without my glasses, making it very hard to see the progress of the hair cut and by the time I could see my hair, it was to late. Customer service is decent and the haircut is not inherently "bad" but I wish I could have gotten a haircut that I asked for and not something that the stylist felt like doing.

Highly recommend. One of the best haircuts my husband has had, the stylist understood exactly what he was going for. The whole experience was so comfortable — great conversation and real attention to detail. He has gotten so many compliments already! Definitely his go-to place from now on.

Walked out with a decent cut from nick. He did great and was very talkative. Fast haircut to took maybe 15 min. I will be asking for nick next time I come in.

Do NOT come to this place! Stay away! Hands down the worst barber company I’ve ever had to deal with! I asked Mariah, to see if I can come in for a hair color, she said yes. I come in, she starts working on my hair, so I asked we’re doing all of it right? To which she says “oh you didn’t specify.” Isn’t it your literal job to know these things!? Not to mention she can’t hear good at all! So then we got into a bit of a disagreement, and because I told her “I just want my hair silver, that’s it.” She took it all personal, got all bent out of shape, refused to finish my hair because she’s overly sensitive, and didn’t even have the common decency to finish blow drying my hair. I don’t want to seem mean or harsh but I felt like I needed to write a review. My boyfriend and I are unsatisfied with the quality of our haircuts. To start, we walked in about 40 minutes before closing, my boyfriend went first with his haircut. She cut his hairline like a slope which is definitely not what he asked for, we didn’t notice till we got home because his hair was very wet when she finished. Immediately after she finished his haircut, she took me back to do a one length cut, and curtain bangs. The one length cut looks fine, but the bangs look awful and awkward. I have tried to style it with no success. It looks choppy and the sections are so big it looks like I have longer bull cut section around my face, with long hair in the back.
