First visit at Ageless Aesthetics MD after reading so many great recommendations in Facebook groups — and it absolutely lived up to the hype! Everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Sher is a gem! She made me feel so comfortable and is very knowledgeable. Nikki did amazing on my lips — I’m obsessed with the results already! Beautiful spa, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch care. I will definitely be back! 💕

Very poor experience. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Every time I come in, I feel judged and uncomfortable because of the looks and attitude from the front desk and another staff member. Wendy is the only person who has been kind and professional. I paid a significant amount for Botox, and it did not work at all. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told I needed to buy more units, which made no sense and was never clearly explained beforehand. Being told my body “might not respond” after already paying is unacceptable. Overall, this place feels unprofessional and questionable. I regret spending my money here and would not recommend it

I had such a wonderful experience with Niki for both lip filler and Botox. The nerve blocker she uses made the entire process pain-free, which instantly put me at ease. What truly stands out is the amount of care she puts into achieving natural, beautiful results. She took her time to listen, explain, and make sure everything was tailored to me. My lips look refreshed and my Botox softened lines without losing expression. It was the perfect, natural enhancement I was looking for. Niki’s attention to detail and gentle approach make her the absolute best!

These ladies are the absolute best! And Sher at the front desk has to be THE sweetest, most kindest soul out there. She literally lights up the room. Highly recommend.
