I called on a Friday for an appointment on Sunday and I was accepted. When I called, I asked for the kinky twist hairstyle forgetting to ask for the crochet passion twists where your hair is parted into squares and then crochet into the hair. When I got there they were polite about me bringing my hair in and asked me if I wanted crochet or kinky twists. And I showed them pictures and video of the way I wanted my hair parted and they told me they could only cornroll my hair before crocheting it. I was nervous and disappointed because I wanted a more natural look without as many twists in my hair. But, I let the braider corn roll my hair and then add braids. The service was good. I asked for box braids with my hair divided into symmetrical box sections for styling and they didn’t do it. I requested a two color hair that is from the shoulder down and they said “we don’t do that”. Then they started laughing about me asking for box braids, and they laughed and talked bad and super loud about the customers sitting right there, we were just looking at each other. Those women are rude, disrespectful, discriminating. Never going back there

This week was a much better experience. They've always been on time and they do great quick work. But Monday I had an appointment and 1.5 went by and they hadn't started my hair and I just ended up leaving. They were short on staff but I would have thought they would have said that instead of making the appointment.That's definitely not their norm but they made up for it today. i have gone here a couple times. they pull prices out of nowhere and add on things if you don’t get it in writing what the actual price is. the ladies are rude- I have long hair. I had one girl come over, roughly handle my hair, and then throw a fit over how much hair i had and made a big show of asking someone else to do my hair. also extremely heavy handed and lack communication of what they need you to do. just “go. sit” “PUT HEAD DOWN”. learn how to talk to people. So I've been going here for a while and have never had any issues until yesterday. I came in yesterday at 10:50am and did not leave until a little after 6pm. For what I got; shoulder length senegalese twist, I should have not been in there almost 8 hours. The style I got yesterday was different from my usual knotless braids that stop at my waist, which only takes them about 4 1/2 - 5hrs to do.
