They were really nice! I wanted medium size but she told me the better option were smaller due to my hair type plus I did just comb out locs so it’s not as thick. I like that she went thru my hair ands the choice cause they came out nice !! Tho the prices need to be updated on the website.

Love the color! Very neat. The salon was very professional. I arrived a little earlier than expected but the owner was literally coming in the parking lot behind me. Very punctual. He opened the door for me and showed me my options. They also have the colors displayed on the wall when you walk in. If they don't have a color; which was my case, he went and got it. I appreciate that I wasn't in the chair long. I came at 9:00am and I was out of the chair by 1pm. Still having the rest of my day to do as I please. Thank you again for your prompt and swift services.

My appointment was on time. The young lady who braided my hair is not a good braider. They were ok for a few days. A little over a week my braids were loose and frizzy. I went by to show one of the workers and called the owner. He was very nasty and disrespectful of course. The lady offer to do them over..I'm like I just gave you guys 250 for nothing. Will never return.

Negative 1 ⭐️ Star Review I had an incredibly disappointing and disrespectful experience at this establishment. The owner is rude, controlling, and unprofessional. I called early in the morning and was told the stylist for cornrows would be there by 10:30 AM. I arrived on time, but no one was there. Other workers let me in, confused and asking me to call the owner—which I had already done. He told me to give him 5 minutes, but it took closer to 10. Once my daughter was in the chair and we confirmed the price ($65), the interaction quickly took a turn. The owner rudely interrupted my personal phone call, accusing me of cursing at him—when I wasn’t even speaking to him! He then demanded I “tell them to hold on” because he was talking to me. They told me come in at 9am for my appointment so I did and they were already working on two people and said I had to wait… Then they upcharge you when you get there!! They also pick and choose who to upcharge… I came in 4/1 for Fulani braids which they did good on but their site says $200 flat for the style to mid back then when they finished they said $280?? Moving forward to today… I called the day before to make my appointment and I asked how much for shoulder length twists he said $220!!! But when I was there getting my Fulani braids another lady, an African lady to be exact got the same style but LONGER to her mid back and they only charged her $180 lol this NOT my first or last time seeing this.. they clearly are up charging Americans only and the pics on their site not even their
