She took forever to do my hair. This let me she care about her work. This hair gave me Wakanda vibes. Okay 6 months later im very angry. The seal in method " which is taking a lighter to your head and bruning off fly aways" ruined my hair. (Which i didn't know she was doing)Every time i wash my hair i feel little burt pices of hair still coming out . yess it was beautiful but dangerous all at the same time. I got the braids Because i thought it was going to be PROTECTED HAIRSTYLE

Booked appointment for medium knotless braids. Stylist Sylla braided my hair. When the owner is gone there is a kid who schedule the appointments and she doesn’t know how to properly communicate with customers. I had a horrible experience I asked for medium knotless braids however she did my parts different sizes the back had large parts and the front/top had small parts. When I let Sylla know about the parts being different sizes she told me I was wrong and that she knew what she was doing. Another stylist had to intervene to let her know in fact they weren’t the same sizes. Sylla was very rude and displayed a horrible attitude. I reached out to the owner to let her know what was going on however all she cared about was getting paid & not actually fixing the issue. I would not recommend g

I went in requesting 9 braids with braiding hair as I was doing crotchet at home. I told the lady not to braid tight and not get my edges. She did the complete opposite of everything. I stated 9 braids 3x and she did 8. She braided my hair so tight, she still braided some of my edges even though I pulled the hair out for her. So now my hair is ripped out in the front of my forehead. She barely added braiding hair and only added it mid braid. What’s the point of that. The front of the braids is where I needed it most and the beginning of the braids was so small I couldn’t even do the crotchet. I ended up wearing a wig. But again she braided so tight and ALL the way down my neck, literally catch all whispies that it was hard to move my neck without being in pain. Got this done Thursday eveni

Can't believe Betty continues to add fees and not give customers that understanding! All I can say is read the fine print and if they use a jam in a brown jar you better believe you will have a white residue and your edges will be slimed up and rolled up. This is bad for business and I should have known something was up when I didn't see Boi and Ruth anymore.
