In November I scheduled an appointment with Judea for a scalp analysis. When she completed it, she recommended a dermatologist because there were signs of inflammation. That was concerning particularly because I wanted to have my hair colored. After going to the dermatologist and getting a shampoo to treat the dermatitis, I was given the green light to get color (as well as options for my thinning hair....that's another story for another time !). Let me start off by saying that I really appreciated the scalp analysis and the advice from Judea, who did a great job of giving me flat twist and a much needed trim that made my hair appear much fuller. My 1st time client experience at Aesthetics Salon was fair. I must admit, I didn't take the time to read about the different service packages that the salon offered on the webpage. I decided to call instead and inquire about booking an appointment for a curly cut prior to the consultation and service date. I would encourage new clients to review the description of services offered, confirm service package and expectations before services are rendered to ensure client/stylist understanding of services. In all, I appreciate the manager and stylist's willingness to agree to meet in person. I felt heard while sharing my experience. 1st time here and I loved my service! Lehem was very professional, kind, and personable. She gave me some good advice for my hair and did a great job with my trim. I’ll definitely be back. Oh and might I add it was quick and efficient. ☺️

I visited Aesthetics Salon for a custom color consultation with Frey to discuss what look I wanted, expectations, and then to schedule my appointment. She was so warm and friendly. Frey did a phenomenal job on my custom color!
