Aesop Rockefeller Center

What stood out most during my visit today was Evelyn's exceptional service. She gave thoughtful recommendations, explained the products clearly, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I originally came in just for gifts, but ended up getting something for myself too because of her helpful suggestions. I usually prefer shopping online, but I always enjoy stopping by Aesop when I’m looking for gifts. Every visit feels welcoming, with warm greetings and a great store experience. I had a lovely time at the store and will definitely be back for more gifts!

Decided to drop by the store in the middle of a busy Rockefeller Center - it was instant peace and tranquility. Kevin helped give me the most wonderful experience!! I was struggling to choose which fragrances to get (there were surprisingly so many good, unique ones). He was incredibly patient and helpful with his expertise; We ultimately ended up having him randomly shuffle the scent cards for me to choose. 🤣 Could not be happier I chose to stop by 🤍

Evelyn was a huge help to me today. I had a hard time locating the Aēsop Rockefeller Center. When I called the store, Evelyn was kind enough to walk me through an extremely helpful verbal instruction to arrive at the store. She even stood at the entrance, with me on the phone, so that I couldn’t miss it. Upon entering & telling her what I was looking to get, she walked me through a range of options & scents to help me further deliberate on the best birthday gift for my friend. Once I’d chosen, she lovingly packaged it & sprayed it with the most delightful scent. My hopes in writing this review is that Evelyn’s higher ups will recognize her for the gem she is! Her colleague, Taiddy, was also extremely cordial & inviting. A tag team for the ages !

Huge shoutout to Taiddy, one of the most caring sales I’ve met. She really makes the aesop discovery experience a whole lot better. She is very patient and really takes care of the customers. Definitely drop by and say hi to her.

I went to the Queer Library event and it was so nice! Getting a free book and washing my hands with nice soap was 10/10😆 There was an inner struggle choosing between these two books but I ended up going for the one with most awards. Also, someone was kind enough to tell me that they were sobbing when they read the one I did not choose. I need a book that gives me high expectations about love. Hope it’s a page turner!!!
