Aesop Madison Avenue

I had a bad experience at an Aesop store earlier this week, and before I wrote off the entire brand, I decided to try a different location. NOAH deserves all the praise for making me feel valued and welcome. His energy, care and attentiveness is so refreshing. He restored my faith in the brand. As long as he's there, I would absolutely shop at this store again even though it's nowhere near where I live. Thank you, Noah, for being wonderful.

I’m taking the time to say what an amazing experience I had visiting the store for the first time. The store manager, Leesa, really took the time to help me shop for a gift and also introduced me to all the wonderful skincare products. I bought and love the lucent mask. You all have won me over!!!!

I recently visited this store and had a very unfortunate experience. We were helped by a very very rude associate named Lisa. She was extremely racist throughout the entire encounter. She was very kind and attentive to me (I’m white) and fully ignored my black and Asian friends in the store with me. At first we tried to let it go, but throughout the interaction she became more and more obviously/ outwardly racist towards my friends. Will absolutely not shop at this location again, and would recommend you do the same

My husband and I had the best Aesop experience as Jez took us on a sensory experience of each perfume, as well as many of the hand washes and lotions. He was extensively knowledgeable about each and every product and was clearly proud to be a part of the brand. We ended up purchasing a bottle of Aurner perfume and the Reverence Aromatiqie Handwash. Jez included some skincare sample of serums and masques that we will likely end up purchasing as well. I am looking forward to adding Tacit perfume, and some body lotions to the collection very soon. Such an exquisite experience!!!

Jez gave the best personalized tour of the store. He was extremely helpful, insightful, knowledgeable and patient. He beautifully curated a story for each product that made want everything in the store. Definitely recommend this specific location!
