Aesop Hoboken

The Aesop store in Hoboken is stunning! I loved the warm service, the refreshing mint tea, and the chance to try their moisturizers right outside on the street — such a unique and unforgettable experience. 🌿✨

I would have appreciated some breathing room to sample the products today. I felt the salesperson would not leave me alone to smell and sample the products. I don't know if this person distrusted me as if I was going to shoplift or if they were being EXTREMELY helpful. I just like to be left alone when I shop and have someone available when I have questions. I have been a customer of Aesop for years, but never experienced this boutique in person. I recommend letting customers have some time to enjoy the store without sales people breathing down. I couldn't even smell the products on my own. It made me want to just purchase products when I'm back in Europe or in the City. At least those salespeople leave you alone and trust people to not be thieves. Customers come in all colors and

The staff was so incredibly nice and informative. They walked us through all the products and helped us make the best decision for our holiday gifts. Really enjoyed my experience in the store!
