There were actually more staff than customers in the store. When I walked in, I clearly told one of the staff that I wanted to check out the hand soaps. The staff member was really patient, explained everything to me, and even applied two different hand soaps on my hands. Their technique was gentle, and they carefully walked me through the ingredients in each one. I was also totally drawn in by the store’s interior design—especially that adorable large copper sink! It was such a charming feature to see in a small shop like this. I ended up buying a hand soap right away and made a mental note of the place. I’ll definitely come back once I run out of my bath and body products.

Really good service. They offered us to try everything. The staff is really welcoming. The perfumes are quite expensive in relation to what they are.

The customer service was terrible. I have never experienced anything like this before. One staff member acted unprofessionally by putting hand soap on her own hands and then asking us to sniff them to check the scent. This was very uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for a customer experience. We had planned to purchase the hand soap that day, but after this experience we decided not to, and honestly, we will probably never return. This was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant shopping experiences I have ever had.

Not very good experience. The interaction with “Jackie”, one of the staff members, made me feel very uncomfortable, as If I had to apologize for visiting the store and making a purchase…
