I had the most amazing full spa day—an incredible Christmas gift from my fiancé! I started with a facial from Ashley that left my skin absolutely glowing, then spent 30 minutes in the immersive salt cave and walked out so relaxed that I couldn’t have stressed even if I tried. Moving from room to room for each experience truly added to the immersive, spa-day feel and made the entire day flow seamlessly. A delicious lunch from Chicken Salad Chick was thoughtfully provided and perfectly timed. The afternoon continued with Gwyn, who gave me an excellent massage —so soothing I drifted right to sleep—followed by an indulgent head spa. Nicole finished my day with a beautiful blowout. I had my first appointment today with Amanda. She did a great job. She made sure she had a good idea of what I wanted. Made great suggestions as to what would do best for my hair. She was so friendly and open. I’m definitely going back for my next haircut. Thank you Amanda so much for the experience.

I only ever see Crystal here, because I won't let anyone else touch my hair. I'm picky, and she's the best. From the very beginning, she's listened to what I'm looking for, & always delivers results that exceed my expectations. She never rushes the job. I literally feel like I look younger after she's worked her magic on my hair, and that's important to me in my mid 40s. She stays in the know with trends, but would never push something on you that you're not 100% on board with. She's just great. Go see her. You won't regret it. As far as the other services the salon offers, I can't speak to those. They seem very nice, but my budget only has room to see Crystal when I can. Usually 2 times per year, though I'd prefer 3.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the new head spa! Gwen was AMAZING! Not only do you have your hair shampooed, conditioned and a hair mask that made my hair silky and shiny… but, if you’re like me and get good goosebumps from a fantastic scalp massage and having your hair combed with different sensory scalp and hair tools, you’ve got to experience this! Not only was my scalp massaged but my arms, neck and feet were skillfully massaged as well. I left the salon feeling like all of my stress had evaporated AND my hair was as smooth as silk! Oh, I’m going to be a very frequent customer!

PLEASE DO NOT RUIN YOUR HAIR. im not usually one to leave a review, but i have to. if you decide to come here, please, do not get your hair done by Nikki. i came in with my healthy, natural dark brown hair. it has been one month since i got my hair professionally dyed for the first time by Nikki. I got a balayage, and my hair hasn’t stopped breaking since. my scalp has become incredibly dry, and it is so so sensitive. i do not know if this is due to aeracura’s emphasis on using natural ingredients or if this is due to specifically, Nikki’s techniques. i let nikki know that this was my first time getting my hair colored. i showed her what i wanted, and she fully assured me that she can make it happen. afterwards, i was shocked. i thought it was because i had never seen myself with colored
