Aer Nailbar

I went in for a walk in manicure the day before my birthday and was pleasantly surprised! It’s cute on the outside but a little rundown on the inside. However, the guy who did my nails did an AMAZING job. He was gentle, got the shape right, didn’t leave any hang nails or dry skin, and no gaps in the polish. I did dazzle dry for the first time and I love that I could leave with dry nails that weren’t gel. I’m writing this review a week later and will post what my nails looked like when I first had them done and now, but I’m so happy. I have been to this nail salon multiple times within the past few months. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. I usually try to schedule with Minh because he is amazing. I get gel x extensions and Min always does an amazing job at recreating my inspo pics.

The staff is always friendly and effective, they take their time to do the polish and my nails always come out looking amazing. I found this nail bar because I was tired of the aggressive Dremel filing of my natural nails through gel or Dip nail powder. While they still Dremel the polish (for dip, they have a different removal process for gel) they don't actually get all the way to the nail. My nails have never been happier or longer! I have gotten pedicures and dip, dip/gel combo and regular manicures here.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The service felt slower than expected, and I didn’t find the staff particularly welcoming. Within three days, the dip polish began chipping. I reached out a few times to schedule a repair but didn’t receive a response. Given that this was the most expensive manicure I’ve had, I was disappointed with the overall experience.

I have been coming to Aer for over 2 years. I specifically see Rachel. She does an amazing job with cuticles and my manicures always last 2 plus weeks. I alternate between gel or dazzle dry. Aer is very clean, professional and relaxing. The receptionist Rachel is so attentive and friendly.
