Went in, showed a pic and asked if they could do THIS, lady said yes. Lady ended up bleaching my hair twice and when i asked AGAIN, is it going to look like pic, lady told me "SOMETHING LIKE IT". At THAT point the lady SHOULD have told me that it wasnt possible to reach my desired look. No, after the 1st bleaching she SHOULD have told me. 6hrs later, my hair was fried! My roots WAY lighter than my ends. Ends breaking. Very unhappy i STILL paid them. Which i shouldn't have at all. The next morning i went to another salon. They were confused at how a salon could do this to my hair. Long story short, i had to cut off my hair to remove OVER PROCESSED HAIR & TRY TO make all hair ONE COLOR. Went from dark brown hair about 2 inches last shoulders to short pixie with uneven color. Would give ze
