DULCE messed up my hair. She said to fix it, she would charge me 190. She charged me 280 and the owner never called me to fix it. I went home and dyed it red. It wasn't the color I wanted. She colored my hair orange... not the color I wanted

Very attentive and nice staff, I took my toddler to get his very first haircut here and we’ve been regulars ever since. The hairstylists are very patient and accommodating with us. Never had to wait over 10 minutes. My husband got his hair braided over the summer and he loved it and I got a haircut after growing it out for years, my hair was easily over 15 inches long. Besides that, I like to support small business and their prices are very affordable.

I took my sons in yesterday for a haircut one of the stylist Maria took her time to cut my oldest sons hair she did a good job but Dulce another stylist kept rushing, dropping things left and right, she was on fast forward for no reason, to say the least she butchered my youngest sons hair. It has no shape, looks like a 5 yeard old cut his hair! Terrible! If they don't know what they are doing just say it! Now I have to take him somewhere else to get that hack job fixed.

I asked for a light blonde-ginger hair color and showed a picture. The hairstylist put straight copper on my hair and my hair turned into a very bright orange color similar to a carrot. She then curled it and curled it in a way that left the top of my hair completely straight and puffed my hair at the bottom. I left and immediately put box dye in my hair to cover the bright orange. She did not seem skilled at all and never asked questions about previous dye or anything. Very unprofessional.
