I am MAD AS !!!! Their Braiders DO NOT understand the concept of staggered parts. I was VERY VERY CLEAR that I DID NOT want a part down the middle of my head and guess what I got? A part straight down the middle. Both Braiders and the Owner was present when I THOROUGHLY explained that I DID NOT want a middle part. They all nodded in agreement. The Braiders braided too tight. They pulled my head left and right as if they were in a battle. I asked for Knotless and they plaited too much of my own hair before adding the first piece so it looks unprofessional and they added so much hair that they feel heavy. They charged me FULL PRICE $300 (Waist length)even after admitting they didn’t give me what I asked for. Didn’t take not one dime off. I’ve gotten braids most of my life and this is the WOR

Let me start by saying the level of professionalism here was unlike anything I’ve experienced at a Braiding Salon. Shun(Owner) greeted me as a walk-in the day before as I stopped by to inquire about prices and appointments. Shun walked me through the website and shortly after I left I couldn’t help but to go ahead and book an appointment next day because I was already impressed with the service. When I arrived for my appointment , I didn’t have to wait, my shampoo service was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Soft tones of Afro Beats playing in the background, soothing but yet upbeat. Ms. Shun did an amazing job. Her hands are truly blessed. She took her time and the retwist and style turned out beautiful and the professionalism was above and beyond. She has gained another client for sure.

I was invited here by Shun to get a retwist that I desperately needed after 2 years of neglect. When NO ONE else would take me as a client. I now look like a totally different person. The shop was very welcoming, clean, and organized. Shun was very helpful throughout booking and scheduling, and checked up on me multiple time.
