Avoid this salon at all costs if you value your hair and your sanity!! I recently visited Afsaneh, hoping for a simple trim on my straight, thick hair, which I wear in a bob style. What I ended up with was an absolute nightmare. Despite my clear instructions for a straightforward trim, she decided to use a razor comb, which is completely unsuitable for my hair type. Not only did it result in an uneven and choppy cut, but it was also incredibly painful. I repeatedly told her that it hurt, but she ignored my complaints and insisted that my hair was "too thick" and needed to be thinned out. The end result is a disaster. My bob is ruined, with the hair now long in the back, short in the middle, and long in the front—completely uneven and nothing like what I asked for. It's a mess that I now ha

Welcoming and friendly ladies; clean and relaxing space and they even offered me a warm, soothing cup of tea just right for a chilly day. Thank you Sara and Mari for making me lovely for our event. I needed a haircut so I went there after salons opened up due to Covid 19. Sara went beyond the call of duty to wait on me; disinfecting her station thoroughly after every customer. She took time during the cut to ask me how I wanted certain areas cut, etc. I have longer hair which takes more patience and time. The end result is exactly how I wanted it and I appreciate her service. Will return.
