I had a 3 day consecutive session to treat pain and tension in my muscles. She has a wonderful ability to locate and treat painful spots aggravating other areas with her amazing hands. The cupping was SO effective. I should have tried it years ago. I wish I lived closer so that I could continue to see her because I really think I would continue to heal after over 20 years of chronic pain. The foot massage alone is something everyone should experience. I’m a nurse and often bind my feet with sports tape because they hurt too bad to stand on or walk, and I feel some improvement already. I have been going here for the last 6 months. I walk a lot and exercise but have some issues with my feet. Typically I get a foot massage and on occasion a back massage. Both types of massage have been intense and very helpful, especially with my feet. They serve a medicinal purpose, however are very relaxing and comforting at the same time.

I’m dealing with a high level of discomfort from pinched nerves in my neck. Although this business is listed under acupuncture from an internet search, I realized after arriving it does not offer that service. I had specifically asked if acupuncture was provided over the phone beforehand, but didn’t get a clear response. Being that I already was there on a Saturday I decided to give it a shot. On the plus side, I was granted an appointment after calling only a few hours prior on a weekend, and did feel a degree better lasting the rest of the day afterwards. At least 20+ minutes of the 1 hour massage/cupping session prior to the cupping was spent in the room by myself lying under a heat lamp with no physical contact. I’ve been seeing Joanne for a month now - 5 appts to help with back, shoulder, knee. I’m pretty active and there’s always somethibg to deal with! She performed cupping, massage, and acupuncture. I highly recommend!
