ActivSpace on SE Main

I’ve been a tenant in this building for over a year and always have wonderful things to say when people ask how I like Activspace. Betsey & Jeremy are both wonderful faces to see around, professional and friendly. They’re attentive to concerns when things get brought up. I love that I can customize my space so much, have 24/7 acccess to the building, for a small business you’d be hard pressed to find a better deal in Portland. They even allow a *very generous* rental pay period that your rent isn’t late until the 10th - it’s so nice to have that extra wiggle room at the beginning of the month. My neighbors are all friendly and it’s always nice to welcome new people to the building. I really love this building and its little community! I've enjoyed running my business out of the ActivSpace on SE Main for almost 5 years. Betsy manages this place like it was her own home. She's incredibly responsive and always looking to provide a solution. The building is secure, the location is great, clean, wonderful tenants and parking isn't as bad as you might think! This is a perfect space for just you or a team.

I had a wonderful corner unit at Activspace for about 2 years where I used the space as my tattoo studio. It became a home away from home for me and I always enjoyed being there. It's clean, well managed and very secure. I found there to be a wide variety of tenants there and always felt welcome. If you're looking for good affordable studio/work space, this is the place!

I'm a lapidary artist and I've had a studio AND office here at ActivSpace on SE Main since 2016 and I couldn't be happier! I love it here and hope to be here until my career ends and I can't work anymore! Reasonable rents and friendly, helpful, responsible, and responsive management. I love that it is ACTIVE space. I used to always worry about using my stone cutting equipment at previous studio locations. Best deal in Portland for artists, hobbyists, and small businesses looking for work space.

I’ve been a tentant at Activspace for approx 5-6 year. I highly recommend if you’re seeking an affordable no frills space. Each space as a sink which is a great feature. You basically have free reign to set up your space as you want as long as you expect to return it as it was. I’ve seen some lovey transformations of spaces including mine. Betsy at SE Main St is the best property manager! She is super friendly, helpful, engaging and has a great sense of humor. She works hard and is always open to talking about any issue you have. And She gets things done! Its not the most quiet building but I always found my neighbors reasonable if you have issues with noise. Just be kind and speak with them and usually people are willing to compromise. It has a nice community feel. It’s month to month so
