Act II Salon

I came in for a simple blowout, and the experience was very disappointing worst experience waist of time and money. From the moment I arrived, the stylist was on her phone and barely acknowledged me. She didn’t ask what haircut I wanted or discuss anything about my hair—she was ready to start cutting without even confirming what I wanted. I purchased the service through Groupon, which advertised a deep conditioning treatment, but I did NOT receive that. It was just a quick wash with regular conditioner. The blow dry itself was also very poor and did not look smooth or styled at all. Overall, I left unhappy and felt the service did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

I wanted to share my experience. My hairstylists, Mario and Jenny, were both excellent. I absolutely love my haircut and highlights. I highly recommend this salon—great pricing and an amazing team who truly care about their work. They spent a significant amount of time and were very patient in making sure I had the perfect look for my birthday. Thank you, Mario and Jenny!

(7/3/24) Mario was incredibly kind, with a vibrant personality and WILDLY talented eye! I have naturally curly hair I usually wear blown out. He was so sweet and easy to trust. So glad I went with others’ reviews and booked with him. :) the style was “long layers”—the second photo is after being in the humidity for hours so don’t mind the frizz ;). I went in for balayage with Mario and I loved my experience. Mario made me feel heard and gave me a lot of tips for my hair, I left a brand new person. The environment is the best and I will be coming back and telling all my friends and family to come. 10/10

I just want to firstly say, I did a ton of research to find a place that does full keratin treatment without breaking the bank. After so much research and not being satisfied with the results on google, I finally came across this salon. Not only was this super affordable at this salon, but the service was amazing! Mario did my keratin treatment and he paid so much attention to detail. He also explained carefully all the instructions and products for after care. Mario is simply awesome and passionate about his work and it shows! Once I was done with my treatment, I got my haircut by serf who did an excellent job, he listened to what I wanted and gave me advice about what would work with the new look and the haircut came out great.
