AquaLuxe Nail Spa has absolutely wonderful to me! Hannah always does an amazing job on my Gel X and nail art, and the whole team makes me feel like family. I’ve been coming here for a while, and on the occasions I brought my son, everyone was so sweet to him while he waited. It’s such a warm and welcoming place with top-notch service—I highly recommend it! They truly care about your satisfaction. ❤️ (the pictures of my nails were taken one week after service)

I was 3 times in this salon and every time I tell myself it is the last time! I usually have regular mani and pedi! Very disappointed, they work so fast that the quality of manicure is very very bad! A lot of skin is missed around the nails, some kind of babbles in the nail polish! Please see the pictures, the manicure on the picture is less that 24 hours after the appointment! And decide yourself if you would like to have this manicure! My opinion it is very pricey for what you get!

popped in for a quick gel x removal, cindy was super receptive even though she had an appointment soon. she made sure to ask if i wanted my natural nail cut and shaped after removal and was gentle and effective!

I had bad experience today. I stopped doing my nails there long time ago and I am done with their bad customer service. However today I decided to give them a chance and waxing my eyebrows, it is convenient and close to me. I made a big mistake going there. To start off the women doing my eyebrows used very hot wax it burned my skin and I left with very bad red spots on my skin. Then when she finished I looked at them and I realized she took so much off from one side that looked bad and uneven. It will take couple of weeks to grow again and look even with the other side. What made me so upset when I told her and showed her the difference she didn’t own her mess and mistake. Her colleague saw me and accepted that she made a mistake, but she even didn’t try to corrected or to apologize. Peo
