DESSANGE Paris Salon

I’ve been a loyal client of Jacques Dessange in Chevy Chase, but unfortunately, I recently had another deeply disappointing experience — my second major hair disaster with the same stylist, Magda. This time, my hair was left completely burned out, brassy, and orange. It was dry, frizzy, and far from what I had asked for. Even worse, there was no apology or accountability taken for the damage by this Magda who , by the way, also likes to call names to her clients… Thankfully, the rest of the team truly stepped up. The entire salon collaborated to help repair the mistake as best as possible. I especially want to thank **Fatia**, whose professionalism, care, and expertise were absolutely exceptional. Fatia and the rest of the team showed compassion and skill during a stressful experience. M

I am very happy with the cut i got from Magda. A little different than my usual cut in exactly the right way. She obviously knows hair and gave me what I wouldn't have known to ask for

I walked away after Frank botched my color after I had given him the benefit of the doubt and several chances. He made a scene and his charming colleagues booed me out of the salon. How classy. Found a true artist Heather at One 80. Never looked back.

Amazing job Jerome! I have a receding hairline so it's difficult for a stylist to make it "look good". Jerome evaluated the situation, suggested, and executed a marvelous hairstyle!

This is a fantastic salon! While the prices are a bit higher, the quality of service is absolutely worth it. Magdalena is my go-to stylist; she consistently delivers exactly what I want in terms of color and haircut. I appreciate her understanding and expertise. In fact, all the stylists I've observed appear highly skilled and professional.
