Ace Beauty Supply

I'm not 100% sure but I think they've changed ownership over the years. They don't seem as well stocked as they used to be when it comes to certain items. I know they are a small store but I feel like they're disconnected from their customers. They just run the store and that's it. They never really seem too knowledgeable about what they carry. I went in there the other day for boho braiding hair and the selection was super limited compared to rhe amount of loose braiding hair and bundles they carried. They also have two prices on almost everything so I'm not sure how much things are. Prices are HIGH!

The Asian lady upfront was eyeing me down as I browsed the store towards the back and she doesn’t have the best attitude every time I go. I would like to feel comfortable when I’m shopping and get a lay of everything the store has to offer. There used to be a young Asian man that was there when I went that was so nice and had great customer service. They don’t really have a wide variety of items. You can go to literally any other store and they will have a bigger variety than them. I wish there was a black owned beauty supply nearby so we can circulate our own dollars.

Worst service yet here in Louisville. I was trying to buy a wig.... I was charged $1 for stocking cap to.try in wig, couldn't try the wig on in the color that I desired and was limited to only trying on 2 wigs??? Maybe that's why there was only 4 of us in this horribly isle congested place!

Some workers are rude. Some are nice! They treat everyone that comes in like their going to steal, I understand why but goodness... That just makes you want to go to a different store and purchase your hair supplies and never come back
