I was so disappointed to see that I couldn't exchange the of pack of hair I bought on 10/16. This hair is so bad for $62.99 a pack I was expecting this 100% Human hair Freetress bulk to last at least 1month. What a waist of money. Now I'm stuck with a pack of hair that I can't even use. And the lady at the shop is telling me to sale it. Really, sale it! Where? You definitely lost one great customer. Thank you for your response. I completely understand having store policies, but my main concern is the poor quality of the hair. Regardless of the 14-day window, I believe customers should be able to address product quality issues — especially when it’s advertised as 100% human hair and doesn’t meet that standard. I truly expected better for the price paid. I appreciate your explanation, but

I have to say I’ve lived in Greensboro for years, and somehow have passed over this gem! I recently found myself needing supplies and stopped in to such a wonderful little suprise. Not only is the shop neat clean and organized but I was impressed with the fair prices and vast selection of products to choose from! 10/10 great experience and I now have a new supply home! Yay!
