Valerie is incredible. I have been working with her for over fifteen years. I have had frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, hip and knee issues, horrible back problems. She does a very thorough evaluation and then works her magic. Her knowledge of the human body and of different techniques just always gets to the root of the problem and she has kept me active in moments I thought I may need surgery, which I did not after working with her. Lately she has used Spinal flow technique on me. Can’t explain it but I have felt like my body is realigned

Val was able to see me with short notice. I had some extreme nerve/muscle pain. She did an amazing job and I walked out feeling so much better. I will be going back regularly!

Due to my job, I am on a frequent schedule with Valerie, each one addresses the specific needs of that session. The facility is spotless and relaxing. Valerie is also a lifelong learner in her field and always looking for new techniques to better help her clients. If you are a chronic pain person like me, there is no one better in the area to address your needs.

I was recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and have been dealing with severe nerve pain. I was placed with Michelle for massage therapy to help alleviate some of the discomfort, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Michelle has done more to relieve my pain than any medication or physical therapy I’ve tried. Not only is she an incredibly skilled therapist, but she also brings such a positive and calming energy to every session.
