Asked for specific cut, shoulder length. Looked up and they cut off about 4 inches. Cut way above shoulder. They seemed rushed and didn't listen. Glad hair can grow back but paying $60 for what was supposed to be a simple trim. Very disappointing.

Karli at Acapello Falmouth is worth the world to me! She was my son’s first haircut and has helped my indecisive self time and time again. There are always laughs.
