This was a waste of my time. I typically went to them for haircuts and such, and those were not the issue. I showed a reference photo, asking for slightly chunky highlights, and was given this. Not only did they literally give me streaks of black in my hair (I am a natural brunette), but when they didn’t bleach/dye my hair up to the root, i asked for them to fix their work and they legitimately made me ginger. To their case, the manage/owner (im not sure) did not charge me for the root touchup procedure. I did bring up the issue that my roots looked orange at the appointment, but they convinced me it was the lighting. These are real pictures of their work and they refused a disputed charge. I spent almost $160 for this. Turns out I’m not the only one who she had done incorrectly either.

I would not trust this salon for any color corrections or services. They charged me $437 ($522 with tip) for a color correction that left me with nearly the same hair that I walked in with, except more banding and a brighter red tone (not corrected at all). This was not the expectations set at the consultation I had with them. The stylist, Jamie, was very confrontational when I expressed disappointment and while styling my hair, made a crass comment about Indians having a lot of money. The owner herself rudely interrogated me while she was “trying to see if her stylist was lying to her”. The experience left me feeling extremely disrespected and unsettled. They did refund $180 and offered to re-do my hair free of charge, but I had no reason to trust them with my hair at that point so I de

My experience has been very unpleasant. I was charged for a root touch up but i was not provided with the root touch up service. I complained to the receptionist right after the service but she told that a root touch up was done. This doesnot make any sense as I have grey hair all over. I revisited and showed it to the front office after 2.5 weeks again and was expecting a followup service as i was charged so much but that wasn't even considered. Please check thouroughly before you leave the salon as the people out there are not interested to listen or correct anything after they are paid. I have never had such a bad experience ever. My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Acacia Salon the morning of my wedding! I called in advance and reserved spots for several of us. Dana coordinated all of our appointment, sent reminders, and made sure we were all taken care of. Saba, the makeup artist, did an amazing job on making us look naturally beautiful. All of the hairstylists were friendly, great with the kids, and shared our excitement for this special day. I highly recommend this salon to everyone and especially to brides getting married in the local area. Thank you Acacia Salon!

Crystal is incredible! I have deceptively thick hair and have struggled to find a stylist who can cut it well and she understood in an instant and gave me an amazing cut and has somehow improved it every time! So thankful to have found this place.
