Not friendly and refused to come from behind counter to show me what I asked for; the store was empty. Overpriced so I eventually walked out; they don't need my money. Never again!

Im a regular customer always coming to get my red hair dye ! And the ladies that were there this Sunday October 26th were not welcoming nor helpful when asking about a shampoo and conditioner ! I asked for owner or my regular ladies who I normally see and they acted clueless ! Please run store at all times abradel

the women who work here are not us and are extremely rude to US. just nasty every time. and on top of that they are overcharging. go to East Orlando Beauty Supply just 7 or 8 mins away. they're cheaper and actually treat their customers with respect no matter what you look like.

I have been in the world of hair since I was like 17...and this is the biggest store I have been in my life.....the owner and their workers are polite and professional..loved it
