Able Nail Spa

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid $78 and left with nails that were visibly uneven and warped. Multiple people pointed out how bad they looked, which was extremely disappointing considering the price. About 30 minutes after, my nail beds became irritated and sore, so I contacted the salon to request a partial refund. When I returned in person the next day, I explained my concerns clearly, but I felt completely ignored. Instead of addressing what I was saying, they immediately began filing my nails again. I repeatedly told them it hurt and asked them to stop, and they continued anyway. I understand this is a business, but the lack of professionalism and disregard for my comfort was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

Shocked at the good reviews. I went for the first time and will not be returning. My gel manicure was extremely rushed. The service was horrible and I had to ask them to fill in spots. After just 5 days, the nail polish is off and my nails feel so weak. There’s also a scab forming in one of my nails. What a waste.

Realized when i got home how bad they truly were! Nail tech worked extremely quick and i am very disappointed with these nails. I need to get them fixed somewhere asap.

Prices are good. But I asked for my extensions to be removed, so instead of a soak off she filed it down with a drill, my natural nail is now extremely weak to the point it’s uncomfortable and sensitive to let anything touch my nail beds. Lack of proper care.

Truly phenomenal salon. I've been a customer for more than 5 years and I tried other places but keep on coming back to Able. The owner/ manager is the sweetest woman, always getting to know each customer personally and remembering the family members. I usually get a regular pedicure here, and gel or powder dip manicure. They do ombre powder dip and magnetic "eye" on gel. They do various designs as well. My husband likes to get shoulder massages here. I finally got around to writing a review for them, but seriously, this is a place to make your "home base" salon.
