Hair stylist was very rude and unprofessional. Still tipped her.

Very unprofessional and rude people. I used to cut my hair over there with a girl named iris, one day I called to ask if she is working so I can come and not sure who answered the phone call and yelled the iris doesn't work there anymore and sarcastically said "bye" and hung up. I definitely wouldn't recommend it they simply so not deserve business.

I had a haircut by Luz unfortunately not at all what I asked for or showed her on the picture I presented. After I explained to her that, was NOT what I requested she started to insult me and my intelligence. I did not want to do this review. I asked for the Managers information and she told me to figure it out myself. When I called to get the information of manager or owner she told me she was the manager. She tells me to tell her my complaint. I recognized her voice so I asked her, her name she knew it was me so her answer was "I don't have to give you that Information and hung up on me. I called 3 more times and she proceeded to hang up. Super unprofessional!!!!! I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed it was that bad. I really appreciate it May had done good job for cutting my long hair at feather style for 20 years , people made good comments on it . I enjoy my hair , beautiful!

Ive gotten my haircut here for about 20 years. Still looking fresh ever since!
