I used to come to this place all the time because the service was always great and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill, especially from the person who is usually in charge. I’m not sure what changed, but the experience has been disappointing. I went in to get my eyebrows done, and as my partner was being helped, the employee convinced her to get a facial. There were no other clients at the time, so I sat in one of the chairs she wasn’t using—something she had no issue with while she was trying to upsell us the facial. However, when a client walked in and she came out from the back, her attitude completely changed. She told me to “go sit over there,” using a rude and dismissive tone, like if I was literally a dog or something or as if I was doing

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and I always have a good experience! I get my eyebrows and lash lifts done by Samina Rana, and they last me so long. I had a trip to Cancun recently and my lashes stayed up for all 2 weeks 🥰 (pictures shown) I highly recommend calling and asking for Samina Rana to do your lash lifts and eyebrow cleanups.

It was my first time coming to this place and I was instantly pleased with how good customer service was and how fast samina did my eyebrows! She shaped my brows exactly how I wanted them! Love it here
