I am rating them today and I’m not even going today. I am rating because I really like this store. The prices are competitive. They try to help you . It’s clean and they are usually fully stocked. Even if you didn’t find what you want they are there. Initially get my nose rings from them because unlike some other stores . They don’t get aggravated if your looking for something specific. I needed some hair to do someone’s crotches and mines and was having hard time was in there looking very aisle and the young lady really helped me search. Been going here for 4-5 years I love it.

I’ve been coming here since they opened but today the cashier was very rude after I asked her for a price on an item . Yall don’t need to have her up at the register if she doesn’t want to deal with customers . Then the customer before me asked of a price on item she was going to buy. Her response was do you want it or not before ring it up. Riudely and a little aggressive . You just lost a customer cause the younger folk you have at the register are ignorant and rude. Don’t like the service here not helpful and just want to sit behind the counter and do nothing.

Do NOT hand your debit/ credit card to these folks!!! I gave my card to the cashier instead of putting it in the handheld reader myself. The girl was chatting me up the entire time, complimenting me on some 30 year old tattoos. Afterward, i almost immediately had a bad feeling in my gut. Don't you know, before sunrise the following morning, someone attempted to use my card for some nonsense. Thankfully, my bank recognized it couldn't have been me. It's been over 2 months, and I'm still getting notifications that charges are being declined because the card's deactivated. These people will take a picture of your card.... IF you hand it to them. I'm not saying don't shop w them, just don't let your card outta your sight.

just moved from philly and could not find a good hair store with fair prices until last week. am excited that i dot have to go all the way over the bridge for hair now. really nice store and open until 8pm which is perfect because am off work by 6p when all the other stores are close!!

I went in tonight to buy a Janet Collection closure. I asked for a 12 inch and she didn’t let me see it up close she flashed it real quick from behind the counter. So, assuming she would give me the right product I left, at this time they were closing. When I just got home I look and it’s a Fantasy Scalp closure, which is HORRIBLE, I tried this one awhile ago and the top part is much thicker and makes you look like you have a 4”x5” HD bump on the top of your head. Literally, I was devastated when I got home. Also, they ALWAYS give me a free $1 wig cap with my purchases at sunshine beauty in Cherry hill and I forgot to buy one, so I asked for one after my transaction and was told, “Oh, it’s a 5$ minimum purchase on a credit card, sorry!” I was shell shocked! I just spent $107!!!!! UNB
