AA massage

Went in for a 60 minute massage, massage was 45 minutes long with twenty of that being spent “scratching “ my scalp, not massaging it, the other 25 minutes was spent running out of the room to answer the phone, and at the ended demanded her tip amount of 20% and told me I couldn’t tip no less. Went there to relax and was beyond disappointed, lesson learned, will not return
