If I could leave negative stars I would. I've now had two issues with Atlantic Waves when it comes to scheduling. I scheduled an appointment not long after Kathy left, then my appointment randomly got canceled with no explanation. Today I went in for an appointment that was scheduled 5 days prior with an explanation of what kind of style I was looking for. Unfortunately, whoever scheduled my appointment said I wanted a head full of highlights, which is not what was requested. The stylist Noelle didnt feel confident about doing the style I requested, so I left. This is not how you run a business.

Lana was AMAZING! She colored my hair and my daughter’s hair and gave my daughter a trim. She really knows her stuff when it comes to color and is quite an artist! I went in asking for icy blonde and got exactly what I was seeking. My hair feels healthier than it did before lightening it too! She’s truly an artist and really listens. She’s a pleasure to sit and talk to as well which makes it even better. Will definitely be coming back and asking for her (I already booked my next appointment right on the website and that was super easy too!) Edited to add: 4/22/23 Lana hit it out of the park again with a dusty pink and silver color! Better than I could have even imagined!

Lana is the bomb! I asked for a mermaid look! And I got it. Lana is an excellent fantasy colorist. I’m proud to be her walking canvas!

Noelle is the best stylist. She colored my hair and I love it. The color is beautiful and she used this hair treatment that made my hair really soft. The cut looks great, finally I found a stylist who listens and is a true professional. If you want a true professional doing your hair, come see her. I get so many compliments on my hair. I'll definitely be back to see Noelle.
