Lauren is a genuine and special human being who delivers deeply effective massage. She offers lighter work if that’s your preference, but I go for the deep work—and she delivers. I appreciate how she treats the whole body, including scalp, face, hands, and feet. I’ve needed intra-oral TMJ treatment for years, and Lauren is the first person I’ve felt comfortable enough with to do it—even in our first session. Her knowledge and skill are outstanding. She knows where to focus, communicates clearly, and checks in just enough. I leave each session feeling better not only immediately, but for days after. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
